Xcode Slow Download

Downloading Xcode from the Mac App Store or Apple Developer Website is very slow and sometimes it’s terribly slow if it is a new release like 11.4 Beta. So, here a tool (Downloader for Apple. Download Cookie Exporter add-on for Firefox from here. Download Xcode from Apple developer website. Procedure: Login to Apple Developer website in Firefox and start downloading the Xcode.dmg file normally, now go to menu-Tool-Export Cookies. Save the cookie.txt in Download Folder (choose any location you like). Stop the download in Firefox. FYI - I don't think the slow down has to do with Mojave 10.14.2 since I was experiencing the same issue with High Sierra and Xcode 10, which is the reason I upgraded to Mojave thinking that Xcode 10 would run smoother in the newest operating system. Here are the specs of my computer: Computer has a fusion drive.

I have been downloading xcode 3.2.4_and_ios_sdk4.1.dmg for over 24 hours and see no end in sight. My download pane noted that the download would be 2.94 GB which was reached today at 1500 HRS, yet it continues to download. At the moment 3.44 GBs have downloaded.
The bummer is that I already had xcode v3.2.4 but found no way to only download the iOS SDK.
Anyone know how many more days this will take? My wife is beyond mad as we share the same bandwidth.
